To ensure you have the smoothest experience when we upgrade to the new App on 1st October 2025, we strong recommend you to enable auto-update for your Swisscharge app before that date.
Please follow below instruction to enable auto-update on your mobile device
iOS: Open Settings → App Store → turn on App Updates (link to FAQ)
In case you cannot see App Store directly in your Settings. You may search for "App Store" in the Settings
You can select any one of the top three result in below screenshot
Then you will be able to see the option to enable auto App Updates. As long as it is enabled, and you are connected to wifi on the date of migration, the Swisscharge app should be automatically upgraded to the new version. You are all set for the new experience!
Android: Open Play Store → profile icon → Settings
Expand Network preferences , and click Auto-update apps
Check any one of the top three Auto-update apps options based on your preference
