The Swisscharge powered by AXA app will be discontinued as of 1 June 2026. Your existing RFID card can continue to be used and linked to your new Swisscharge account. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Open the Swisscharge powered by AXA app, log in and go to “Profile” > “RFID Cards” in the top left corner.

  2. Select your linked AXA RFID card, click the trash icon and confirm the removal of the card.




  3. Then open the Swisscharge app, log in and go again to “Profile” > “RFID Cards”.


  4. Select “Enter RFID Tag Manually”, enter the RFID number, add a personal label under “Tag Name” for easier identification, and confirm the entry.

      

  5. Continue charging conveniently with your RFID card – current charging prices are always available in the charging app.
