If the charging station does not recognise your charging card, there may be various reasons for this:
1. The station is private and can only be used by authorised users or the station is not part of the Swisscharge network.
2. As a first step, please check whether a valid credit card has been entered in your profile. You can check this in your profile under ‘Payment methods’.
3. If a valid credit card is stored, it is also possible that the problem is with the station itself. It may have lost the connection to the system or WLAN and be offline.
