On October 1, 2026, Swisscharge officially merges with MOVE, GoFast and the mobility division of Energie 360° to form JOYA Mobility AG - your contract therefore transfers to JOYA Mobility AG automatically. Payments now run through JOYA: from now on, you'll see JOYA on your invoices, credit card statements and receipts. If you have access to our business customer portal, nothing changes there at first. The actual move to the JOYA app will happen in the coming weeks - we'll let you know ahead of time, once the exact date is set.
