You don't need to do anything. As soon as the new JOYA app is available and has all the necessary features, your drivers will get an invitation from us to use it - with absolutely no obligation. Existing charging cards remain valid, even when your drivers use the new app.
As a fleet manager, do I need to trigger the switch separately for each driver, or does that happen automatically for the whole fleet, including charging cards? Print
