A charging cable must always be removed from the vehicle first before it can be unplugged from the charging station.

If the cable cannot be removed from the vehicle, try unlocking the car with your key and then remove the cable.

If the charging cable cannot be disconnected from the charging station, please contact the operator of the charging station directly by calling the hotline number displayed on the charging station.

The operator – or we – will then try to release the charging cable remotely.

Note:
Swisscharge is not liable for charging cables that remain stuck and are subsequently stolen or lost.

Unlocking a charging cable from an Easee charging station:

1. First disconnect the cable from the vehicle.

2. Push the charging cable firmly back into the charger so that the locking mechanism can release.3. At the same time, press and hold the touch button above the LED strip for about 2 seconds.
You should hear the locking mechanism move, which will release the charging cable.
4.Repeat steps two and three if it does not work. First pull the cable out of the charger, then push it back in again with slightly more force and repeat the process.
