Step 1: Update the app
Check if your app is up to date. Use the following links for [Android] or [iOS], then press the Update button.

Step 2: Open the app
After updating, open the app. The login screen should match the example shown.
If it looks different, your app was not updated successfully. Please repeat Step 1.
Enter your email address, tap Continue with email.

Step 3: Start the reset process
Once you successfully entered your email address, select Forgot password.

Step 4: Check your inbox
You will receive a password reset email.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Step 5: Open the reset email
Look for an email with the subject “Reset Password.”
Click the blue Reset password link inside the email.

Step 6: Create a new password
A new page will open.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Choose a new password and confirm it by typing it again.
Tap Reset password to save your changes.

Schritt 7: Erneut in die App einloggen
Gehen Sie zurück in die App, geben Sie Ihre E-Mail und das neue Passwort ein und melden Sie sich an.

Step 8: Complete setup
Once logged in:
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Add a new payment method if required.
Success! You have reset your password and can now use the app again.
