If you are unable to remove the charging cable from the car, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that you have completed the charging process. To do this, hold your RFID card to the charging station or end it via our app.
2. Operate the emergency unlocking or central locking of your vehicle. This point may differ depending on the car brand. Further information can be found in the operating instructions for your vehicle. If you have any further questions, please contact the manufacturer directly.
3. Then try to unplug the plug from the car and only then from the charging station.
IMPORTANT! Do not use force when pulling out the cable, as this can damage the vehicle or charging station.
4 If none of the above steps help, please contact the station operator. You will find the contact details directly on the charging station.
