If you have a problem starting a charging process, there may be several reasons for this:


1. Check in the app whether a valid payment card has been added.


2. If this is the case, please check whether the charging cable has been plugged in correctly. To do this, unplug the cable from the car and the charging station and then plug it in again. Try to start the charging process again.


3. If it still does not work, please contact the operator of the charging station. You will find the hotline on every charging station or in our Swisscharge app, which you can call.
